So hi, I'm Liz Papasakelariou, and I'm a managing partner, and I am Generation X. If I know the return process is easy, that already, like, you're inclined to buy more, right? So that's from the beginning of the process. And then second is, it is the ease of, I go online, look at my order, I'm returning, not too many questions as to why I'm returning, and then giving me a quick code to then go to, you know, a place like Whole Foods that takes Amazon returns, and I can just hand it to them without having to repackage it in a box, like the shipping part of it. Like, one day I had to go to UPS, and I had to go to FedEx, and I had to go to the U.S. Post Office, because each of the places I was returning to had different places, had different, you know, providers. And that was like a pain. That became like the errand of the Saturday, right? But, you know, with the Amazons, it was so easy to just take everything out there and not have to pack. So I think it's, if I could have that same service at these other providers without having to pack things up, that would take a lot of the burden some away.
