Journey and a career is a little bit of hard work, or a bit of hard work, but also a little bit of luck. So I'm a finance person, and I've been in finance from the very beginning, so now more than 30 years. I started in advertising in Havas in Paris. I started in the corporate level. I was able to move to the agencies, and I discovered what is working with the business, and what finance people can really do to help the business. Really, I absolutely like the operational finance side, and I continue my journey. After client finance, finance director, and CFO. And after, I would say, 20 years, I realized that my experience was really only French in big companies, and if I wanted to continue my career, I needed to be exposed to international. So I really decided to shift completely and learn English and find a job that gave me this opportunity to be exposed to international, and I joined Publicis Group. And in Publicis, I did several, I would say, changes every three or four years, CFO at Health, Publicis Health, and Publicis North America, and now Sapient. I like change. I like to bring something to the company. Make sure that you get the right mentors to help you, and be lucky, meaning be at the right place at the right time, and meet the right people in order to get the help you need, of course, to continue to grow. So for me, making sure in the company that we are treating everyone in this company in the same way. So give to the people the same opportunity, give the people a voice, give the people the opportunity to be comfortable in the company, be comfortable in growing in the company. Everyone needs to take care of their team, making sure that they create the environment that is an inclusive environment. The company has definitely a duty and have to make sure that they foster this culture, but everyone has a duty to do it and to make it happen. Individual initiatives that are absolutely great. When Shika Vajaj started the woman mentoring in North America, great initiative, and we need to have more of this kind of initiative. It starts with someone willing to do something for the company.
