The launch proved the point. Coppel released more than 200 features at once with zero disruption at go-live. Within two hours, the new platform had already processed more than 2,000 orders. More than 4,000 connected in-store kiosks helped unify physical and digital journeys. Documentation timelines dropped from one month to days, developer effort decreased by up to 30 percent and more than one million lines of code were modernized.

The business impact extended well beyond launch. Coppel achieved a 46 percent increase in holiday sales, a 50 percent improvement in eCommerce performance, 5x faster time to market and a 50 percent reduction in infrastructure costs. During holiday sales week, the platform processed 450,000 orders.
