Supplier Code of Conduct

Forced Labour

Our Suppliers must not use any form of forced, bonded, or involuntary labour. All work must be voluntary, and workers shall be free to leave work or terminate their employment with reasonable notice. Workers must not be required to lodge deposits or identity papers with their employer and must be free to leave their employer after reasonable notice.

Recruitment Fees

Our Suppliers must not require workers to pay recruitment, hiring, or other similar fees related to their employment. If any such fees are found to have been paid by workers, our Suppliers must repay such fees to the workers.

Child Labour

Our Suppliers must not use child labour. Workers under the age of 18 must not be employed for any hazardous work or work that is inconsistent with their individual development. Our Suppliers must comply with local laws regarding the minimum age for employment.

Respect and Dignity

Our Suppliers must treat all workers with respect and dignity. No worker shall be subject to any physical, sexual, psychological, or verbal harassment or abuse. Our Suppliers must not engage in or support discrimination in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination, or retirement based on race, caste, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership, or political affiliation.

Health and Safety

Our Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy working environment for their employees. Our Suppliers must comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations and take appropriate steps to prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, linked with, or occurring in the course of work or as a result of the operation of employer facilities.

Wages and Benefits

Our Suppliers must pay workers at least the minimum wage required by local law and provide all legally mandated benefits. Wages must be paid in a timely manner and must be sufficient to meet the basic needs of workers and their families. Our Suppliers must comply with local laws regarding the maximum number of working hours and overtime. Overtime must be voluntary and compensated at the legally required rate.

Freedom of Association

Our Suppliers must respect the rights of workers to associate freely, join or not join labour unions, seek representation, and join workers’ councils in accordance with local laws. Our Suppliers must not discriminate against workers for engaging in such activities.

Environmental Responsibility

Our Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the environment. Our Suppliers must strive to minimise the adverse environmental impacts of their operations, products, and services through responsible management of waste, energy and water use, emissions, and hazardous substances.

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

Our Suppliers must comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations. Our Suppliers must not engage in any form of bribery, corruption, extortion, or embezzlement.

Data Privacy and Protection

Our Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the privacy and protection of personal data. Our Suppliers must take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of personal data of employees, customers, and business partners.

Import, Export, and Financial Crimes

Our Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the import and export of goods, services, and technology. Our Suppliers must not engage in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.

Supply Chain Responsibility

Our Suppliers must ensure that their own suppliers and subcontractors comply with the principles set out in this Code of Conduct.
