This place seemed really unique and really cool, and I walked into my interview and there was a fish tank in the lobby. I love this place and it keeps me here because we do really exciting, real-time work with brands and names that everyone recognizes that are trying to enter the digital era. It's just this mix of consulting, digital, and it was very interesting for me to be in an organization who knows how to deliver digital. One of the great things about Publicis Sapient is the global reach and the opportunity to work with clients that are the top five in their sector. Also, basically being on the cutting edge of helping them figure out how they're going to deal with the accelerated pace of change that they're facing in the industry. Management consultancy is such a great discipline to be involved in. It gives you a range of different clients, very senior stakeholders. That combined with then having a huge execution engine like Publicis Sapient behind you is a really interesting proposition for your career. I worked at startups, I worked at established companies. I think this is a great marriage of the two where you have the resources, but you also have the bandwidth to kind of make it what you want to make it. I think the nature of the work that they do here is incredibly interesting, and I wanted to be part of the new breed of consulting. They were the right kind of firm to reinvent management consulting. I've been doing it for a long time. I learned it the old-fashioned way. The world has changed a lot, and it's kind of cool to be part of a team that's reinventing it. Giving clients more than just a PowerPoint deck, giving them a new vision for what they can do, but showing someone saying, have you thought about this? And seeing their eyes light up thinking, that is where the world is going. We need a little bit of that. It's nice to see that reaction, that feedback. Everything that we do when we consult is in a cross-functional team. Day to day, our team is working with data strategists, tech strategists, engineers, innovation strategists, bringing together all these different crafts to help get to a better answer quicker for our clients. Everybody that joins us has an opportunity to leave their fingerprints all over who we are and what we do. We're not looking for people to come in and just be a cog in a machine. We're looking for people who want to come in and make a difference for us and for our clients.
