My name is Claire Vandenberg. I am a senior consultant in the management consulting practice here at PS. Management consulting is one of three divisions of the strategy practice. There's data, tech strategy, and then management consulting. We really come through as the business lens when we're solving a problem for a client. So we collaborate across the deep capabilities, as we like to call them, to really come together with a holistic solution for the client across business, tech, and the consumer lens. I think that the cross-capability component of PS is insanely unique. We're really like a one-stop shop. So a lot of times firms will build a pretty PowerPoint, they'll put stuff on the slides, and then kind of just sign off and have the company outsource the solution to actually build it. But we come in and we're an end-to-end solution. We come up with the actual strategy itself, but we leave the PowerPoint. We're actually there to build and implement it and there to make it real in the context of that company specifically. I'm not only learning how to do strategy, but I'm learning what that looks like from a product lens, from a data lens, from an engineering lens as we collaborate together cross-functionally. So it's so much more than just a strategy job. I didn't really know what I was looking for. So I wanted a job where I could learn a ton and really just be a sponge and soak up a bunch of different industry knowledge, be able to do a bunch of different things, and really find my niche through doing. It was a friend that I actually just ran into on the street from high school, and I hadn't seen her in forever. We sat down and she worked here previously, but she totally sold it. Being so young and being in a company like this, it's still growing. So as long as I put in the effort and I care, I can be a part of that growth and really determine the trajectory of how this business grows and what it becomes. And we really have the power to make it what we want, which is really, really special. I'd say yes and no. I was definitely expecting it to be hard. I knew there would be a steep learning curve. And don't get me wrong, I definitely have had to roll up my sleeves and invest the sweat equity to get to where I am now. But what I didn't expect is to have such a supportive culture. And just, yes, we all have coaches that help us along the way, but even just the teams that I've worked with, everyone just cares so much about you and about your growth. And I think that's just really special. There's nothing to be intimidated about, really. It's all about learning, really. You're coming into these spaces where you don't necessarily know anything. For example, my first project at this company was at a grocery client, and I don't know the ins and outs of the grocery business. Sure, I buy groceries, but I don't know the ins and outs. And so the whole point of the job, especially at my age, is to come in and become a mini expert in this area and come in with a perspective, of course, having worked on different projects before, but you're coming in, you're learning, you're immersing in the problems that the company is having, and you're ideating and kind of envisioning a future for the business. So it's really all about learning. I've just been myself throughout my whole time here, and I think that's just the most important thing you can do. Awesome. Thanks, guys.
