About the Research

The 2023 Publicis Sapient Customer Data Survey was conducted by Publicis Sapient in partnership with Dynata, a global online market research firm. The survey was fielded in March 2023 and included 6,700 respondents across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, and Singapore. Respondents were adults aged 18 and older who have made an online purchase in the past 12 months.
