It's actually a conversation starter. In Thailand, when you talk to somebody, everybody will always be like, have you eaten yet? And that's the first thing. During the lockdowns here in Bangkok, you couldn't even do takeaway orders. So as an individual consumer, you couldn't walk down to your neighborhood stall and actually order food for takeaway. You would have to have that delivered.

How do you help one of the oldest banks in Thailand actually transform? The answer is, of course, you create a food delivery app. This is redefining how they are engaging with customers in this engagement layer. ลูกค้าก็ได้รับของให้มีคุณภาพรวมถึง Rider เองในช่วงที่ตกงานไม่มีกาน Rider เองก็สามารถมารับงานในการบริการสองอาหารในช่วง Covid ได้ครับเราต้อง Build ตัว Robinhood Rider App ขึ้นมาเองและ Sapien เป็นกำลังหลักในการสร้างแอปตัวนี้ขึ้นมาด้วยความรวดเดียวก็โดยปกติการจะ Build App Scale นี่คือต้องใช้ 8 เดือน 1 ปีครึ่งแต่เราเรียกสัตว์ตอนนั้นเริ่มต้นแล้วก็ทำสำเร็จพายใน 3 เดือนในการร้อนใช้บอกมา
When Robinhood started, we didn't have an in-house tech team. Basically, everything was started quickly, very fast. So what we did was we had to outsource everything in Robinhood. And so that's where we outsourced to the Publicis Sapient team. One of the things we did is set up these Rider panels. So our team was out week to week understanding what was happening. And if you think about traditionally developing a product like this from scratch, it's really important to understand that feedback loop for the consumers.

So we really had to make sure our technology was there to support that scaling. Inside Publicis Sapient, we work with our clients across 5 key areas or capability areas. And we call this SPEED. It stands for Strategy, Product, Experience, Engineering, and Data. And so all of these are really critical for helping our clients transform. So the conversation is, okay, people are doing this, the feedback is this, the data is saying this. Here are 3 new ideas to actually capture that. So the data starts to feed into where's my next value pool.
Mission ของ Robinhood เราอยู่เพื่อให้คนตัวเด็กสามารถเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนแต่ให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนได้คือเติบโตโดยที่มีตลาดที่เขาสามารถยืนอยู่ได้ Robinhood wants to be able to provide a fair service to the community, to everybody. สังคมเป็นเรื่องใหญ่มากกัน เราเป็นสังคมเป็นการเคลื่อกูล I think it's probably something in the history of Thailand, but the people here just really make the culture and make the city. เป็นคนที่มีน้ำใจนะครับผม มีน้ำใจต่อกันในการช่วยเหลือกันในกรุงเทพครับเป็นสิ่งสำคัญผมคิดว่าการอยู่กันแบบเป็นหมู่ขณะใหญ่ๆนี่จะสามารถทำให้เราช่วยเหลือกันซึ่งกันและกันได้หากใครแบบมีการตกทุกได้ยากแล้วก็สามารถพื้นพากันได้ครับก็คิดว่าในส่วนนี้ Robinhood ได้ช่วยทาง Rider และร้านค้าเยอะมากเลยนะครับในส่วนในการทำงานเนี่ยครับ เราไม่ต้องคอยระวังต่างๆในสิ่งที่คุณพ่อจะเป็นไม่ว่าจะเป็นโลกแบบจุกเฉินที่คุณพ่อจะไปหาหมอเนี่ยครับคือในเมื่อคุณพ่อเป็นแล้วก็สามารถที่จะหยุดแล้วพาคุณพ่อไปหาหมอได้และทันทีโดยไม่ต้องรอครับผมในสิ่งตรงนี้ผมคิดว่ามันเป็นสิ่งที่ตอบโจทย์ในการใช้ชีวิตของผมและการดูแลคุณพ่อมากที่สุดครับเป็นความรู้สึกประสบนะ รู้สึกดีใจที่ได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่ช่วยเหลือให้เขาสามารถมีชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นได้แต่ในขณะเดียวกันก็รู้สึกว่ามันยังมีเคสเหล่านี้อีกเยอะที่เรายังแอคสแพนไปไม่ถึง
