We talk about it every day. We talk about how it's working. Thank goodness we did that. And where else do we need to push harder? Where is it not yet yielding and consistent changes in that way too? Early on, I spent my career in consulting. I spent my first six years on a plane, going to a new company every six months, learning what works, what doesn't. Leadership styles, management approaches, data, building technology for large companies. All of those things kind of helped shape what I saw as what works and what doesn't and kind of think about how that works for me. I focus on two things, our customers and our people. And I think everything else comes from that. Where we allocate our resources, on what, how, it all starts there. A passion of mine is kind of the how we work topic. What are the practices and capability building efforts that we do as teams to maximize what we can do for our company and our customers? In late 2019, we were looking at our capabilities as a marketing organization, and we looked back and said, when's the last time we did a real transformation? And it had been a while. And so we began some work to understand what are the critical few priorities we need to lean into as a marketing function, and then what are the underlying capabilities we need to enable to ensure that we deliver on those well. And when we put that together, it created great clarity in what we work on, but also where we put our resources. Everyone around me, our jobs changed, and they were all focused on that set of priorities and capabilities. And that was a large transformation. We did it just ahead of when the pandemic hit. We weren't ready to deploy it in the early days of the pandemic, so June 1st, 2020, we said, this thing isn't going away for a while. We've got this great transformation plan on the shelf ready to go. Let's do it. We did it, and we talk about it every day. So the one piece of advice I would give is around being bold, betting on yourself, trusting your instincts, breaking glass. More often than not, it's true for all of us, you look back and go, wow, I was right back then. I should have pushed that one harder. That's the advice I'd give is really being bold and trusting your instincts.
