Publicis Sapient Named a Leader in Gartner’s 2019 Magic Quadrant For CRM and Customer Experience Implementation Services, Worldwide

LONDON, February 14, 2019 – Publicis Sapient, the digital business transformation hub of Publicis Groupe [Euronext Paris: FR0000130577, CAC40], today announced it has been named a Leader for the first time in Gartner’s “Magic Quadrant for CRM and Customer Experience Implementation Services, Worldwide.”

Gartner evaluated 18 global providers of CRM and customer experience (CX) consulting and implementation project-based services on their completeness of vision and ability to execute. Authored by Gartner analysts Patrick Sullivan and Ed Thompson, the report explores the market for global providers in this area and places them within one of four quadrants: Leaders, Challengers, Visionaries and Niche Players.
