SPEAKER A:

The system of international trade finance is fundamentally broken today. First and foremost, we see incumbent banks strongly rolling back the coverage of their clients and leaving swathes of international trade players completely uncovered. If a company is not able to get access to funding and broader capital to conduct its activity, it's not making goods, it's not trading, it's not contributing to economic growth, and this fundamentally means that global GDP is reduced. Our vision, right from the very beginning, for the world's first digital trade bank has been to take the incumbent banks' operating model and business model, strip it down to the very core and rebuild from scratch, focusing first and foremost on client centricity, transparency and straight through processing in order to deliver value faster.

SPEAKER B:

What Anglo-Gulf Trade Bank is trying to do is fundamentally reimagine the way trade finance is done. That's not only building a new kind of bank that is entirely digital, but also transforming an industry. And for me, Publisa Sapient has always had transformation of companies and industries in our DNA, and that fit was really powerful.

SPEAKER C:

When ATTB made the decision to look external for system integration support and for someone to help us realize a dream, Pulpitus sapien was a unique proposition. Pulpitus sapien very, very early on. brought a willingness to get that vision, ask the questions, discover what it was, and even in that first meeting, start ideating on how it could be better, stronger, and even more bigger and crazier than I imagined. A phenomenal partnership that started in day one, and the resources were informed, challenging, but the most important thing is resiliently committed. to that destination and to that vision.

SPEAKER B:

The AT&T project is one that we've been very excited about from the very first day we met the clients. You're building a bank, and to do it in a period of time that no one's been able to do before, and there's some key elements that are required to do that. First, it's absolutely critical to have a clear vision of success and what is the impact you want to create for your end customer. Second... You then need to align your partners, in which case this was an ecosystem of partners around that vision of success and customer impact. Third, you need to be able to create a technology infrastructure that will grow and scale with the business. And then lastly, it's about empowering your teams to move fast and create impact. It's been fantastic to be a strategic partner to AGTB and work with many of the other partners to deliver a transformational trade bank that is entirely a world first digital bank.

SPEAKER C:

It's interesting when you look at examples to say, but did they make it real? With Publicis Sapien, together with Microsoft, we have taken a dream and made it real.
